Psycho Here ;-)

Hi everyone,

Welcome to the 9th episode of “KEYBOARD CONFESSIONS”

Before moving on, if you haven’t subscribed to the newsletter yet, you can subscribe by entering your mail at end of this article. After that, you will get these articles directly to your mail box and you can unsubscribe at any time ;)

This episode will be a little longer as I haven’t published for 3 weeks now.

Anyways, lets get into this week’s episode.

Development Logs

Bootstrap Studio

I discovered Bootstrap Studio, its a great tool if anyone wants to create quick landing page of website within sometime and deploy it.

I tried the tool & I thought lets make a video on it.

So I recorded a video where I create a landing page of my project: “Reflecto” and upload the video on my youtube channel:

GDGoC Session

On 30 April, We conducted a session at CS Dept, UET KSK.

The session was titled “Engineering Your Future: Skills, FYPs, Interviews & Beyond“

Checkout my linkedin post from more: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/hussnain-ahmad_last-week-we-had-the-privilege-of-hosting-activity-7324692337098477568-DjxW

PUCON Collaboration

PUCON is tech event organized by PUCIT. I have attended their previous event and compete in Web Hackathon. It was a great experience back then. I also wrote an article back then: https://psychocoder.hashnode.dev/pucon-23-reflection-and-learnings

This year, they are organizing the event and GDGoC UET NC has collaborated with them.

Fluxxion

So far, fluxxion is going well, we are getting users visit our platform.

We also conducted ReactJS Hackathon and that got us some project submissions.

This was the statistics for 30 days.

And we are so close to 150 Followers on Linkedin 😂😁

Coding Club

There are some communities whose work inspired me to work more on different kind of projects. One of the community is Codex. It’s basically kind of club where they work on different types of open-source projects. It has many projects on their github account and I used some of them in my projects. I even try to join their team but didn’t get the chance.

After that, I had this urge to start similar club in Pakistan. Where, as team, we can build interesting projects, not for the sake of money or monetization, but for the sake of learning, experimentation or for the sake of skill. Although, its good if any of our project get attraction and get monetization but that’s not the main goal or priority.

To make the team, I add status on my WhatsApp and I got some folks that are interested in this, So I make a team and we have picked our first project to work on. Let’s see how it will go.

Weekly Picks

These are some videos, articles & resources for this week that I found helpful.

That’s it for this one.

Hope you like this episode.

Consider sharing it with your programming friends and community.

See you in the next one ;)
